This website is based upon Doug's Color Picker. I've modified
the website to remove the websafe color picker table (htmlrbg.gif), because his comments seemed particularly protective of that.
I could not use his original page, because my website uses two background colors (one as a 'frame'), and his color picker only
supported one background color.
